The work on this project begun in 2010. together with a complex renconstruction of the whole building and included - the refurbishment of servicing and utilities, facade renovation, refurbishment of roofing. As to clients needs a 5th storey flat was refurbished with a new open space plan and added an external terrace with greenery and a view over the park. Interiour styling uses it’s historic values and elements with added modern touches.
