Annenhof

The project consists of two identical new multi-apartment buildings and an auxiliary structure for bicycle storage.

The visual identity of the buildings is defined by the outdoor spaces assigned to each apartment, which are partially enclosed by load-bearing walls. These areas are "lined" with a contrasting facade material—vertically arranged wooden slats. The rest of the facade is designed in dark gray, featuring brick-effect cladding panels, with sections of dark gray decorative plaster left exposed.
