Baltic Industrial Park

The building has been designed in the shape of the letter “L,” effectively enclosing the land area and forming part of a building complex. It is connected to an existing building on Pilda Street, while respecting a setback of 15 meters on Piedruja Street. This particular building accommodates four tenants.

On the first floor, each group of rooms consists of commercial spaces and exhibition halls. On the second floor, there are offices for the personnel, with each tenant having their own separate staircase. The entrances are designed as niches, with special emphasis placed on the corner of the building that faces the intersection of Piedruja and Pilda Streets.

Since the commercial rooms are intended for retail activities, they are expected to have a relatively low number of visitors. The office spaces will be occupied exclusively by the personnel of the corresponding store and are not intended to receive visitors.
