Hampton by Hilton Riga Airport

The building project was developed by "UPB", with the architectural and detailed design sections authored by "MARK Arhitekti". The project was prepared based on the preliminary design created by "Diānas Zālānes projektu birojs", the building permit issued by the Mārupes Municipality Construction Board, and the requirements of the client, "I Furniture Investments", the hotel operator, "Apex", and the brand owner, "Hampton by Hilton". Additionally, the project complies with the technical regulations issued by the engineering services of Mārupes Municipality, the applicable building codes, and other special regulations.
