Park Alley III

The plot, in accordance with the building regulations and the situation of the permitted perimeter development, is built facing Pulkveža Brieža Street for almost its full length, with a break on the South side. The building is designed in a modern, laconic form with interlocking roofs. The open perimeter principle emphasizes the potential pedestrian link between Rūpniecības Street and P. Brieža Street. The building volume has been formed by continuing the existing buildings along both the street and the inner courtyard, respecting the necessary distances to ensure insolation and to comply with the building regulations of the historic centre.
