Saliena modular houses

The Saliena housing on Mārtiņa Street consists of three single-family building types: one single-story and two two-story structures. These buildings have been designed in accordance with contemporary architectural principles, with a significant emphasis on the shape of the building as its defining feature. The street-facing facade incorporates a glass facade system. In order to create a more expansive and representative outdoor space, a landscaped front yard has been constructed without a fence. Positioned between the street and the inner courtyard, a garage-mounted volume with a low-density wood shed detail establishes a clear boundary between the private and public areas. The primary objective of the design was to seamlessly integrate these newly constructed buildings into the overall urban composition and maintain architectural consistency with the existing Saliena architectural collections. Additionally, this endeavor aims to bestow a high-quality architectural status upon the model houses.
