Talsu Radošā sēta

The construction of the "Talsu Radošā sēta" represents a much-anticipated and refreshing addition to the cultural life of Talsi city. It is a multifunctional building that encompasses various activities, including a music school, interest-based education in the folk house, social events, concerts, and a tourism information center. The concentration of these multifunctional aspects aims to enhance and harmonize cultural and educational processes. When designing the building’s layout, the primary focus was on integrating different functions within a unified structure while ensuring that they do not interfere with the operations of each individual activity. The objective of this project was to create "Talsu Radošā sēta" as a welcoming space for diverse cultural and educational activities, while also serving as an architectural landmark for the district center.
