The housing proposal in Pļavnieki seeks to combine low-rise buildings with maximum building intensity. The main objective is to add value to the property by creating a high-quality, coherent outdoor space that spatially connects the site development. The structure of the site development allows the volumes to be divided into construction phases. Thanks to prefabricated modular structures, the tectonics of the buildings in each construction phase and typology are freely variable. Mark Architects offers an economical, sustainable, and distinctive approach to residential design.
Trebū HOME project is a collaboration between leading Latvian architectural practices ARHIS ARHITEKTI and MARK arhitekti, along with the Israeli architectural practice ARC4G.
