The architectural design of the buildings is defined by the established Ķekava parish land use and building regulations, the detailed plan, the building height and number of storeys, the building clearance, the rectangular geometry of the plot, and the environmental context of suburban residential village development. For these reasons, the building is rectangular in shape, while avoiding excessive monumentality in scale.
